FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 1994 - SECT 187A
Exemptions
187A Exemptions
(1) The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, declare that any
specified provisions of this Division do not apply in respect of a declared
disease or apply only in the circumstances specified in the order.
(2) Such
an order has effect according to its terms.
