FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 1994 - SECT 10
Duration of closures
10 Duration of closures
(1) A fishing closure takes effect on the publication of the notification or
on a later date specified in the notification.
(2) A fishing closure remains
in force, subject to this Act, for the period (not exceeding 5 years)
specified in the notification.
