FISH MARKETING ACT 1994 - SECT 13

13 FMA members to vacate office

A person who, immediately before the sale date, held office as a member of FMA:

(a) ceases to hold office as such on the sale date, and

(b) is not entitled to any remuneration or compensation because of the loss of that office.
