(a) refuse or intentionally delay the admission to any place of the Director-General or an inspector in the exercise by the Director-General or inspector of powers under this Act,
(b) intentionally obstruct the Director-General or an inspector in the exercise by the Director-General or inspector of any such power,
(c) fail to comply with a request of the Director-General or an inspector made under any such power, or
(d) conceal any person from the Director-General or an inspector or prevent any person from appearing before or being examined by the Director-General or an inspector or attempt so to conceal or prevent any person.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
