FUNERAL FUNDS ACT 1979 - SECT 66
Penalty for failure to comply with direction
66 Penalty for failure to comply with direction
A funeral fund shall, while a direction under this Division remains in force
in respect of the fund, comply with the direction.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty
units.
