FUNERAL FUNDS ACT 1979 - SECT 35

35 Application for registration

(1) A company or any group of 3 or more individuals may apply to the Director-General to be registered under this Act to act as the trustee or trustees of trust funds under pre-paid contracts.

(2) An application for registration made pursuant to subsection (1) shall:

(a) be made in or to the effect of the form approved by the Director-General, and

(b) be accompanied by such documents as may be prescribed.
