FUNERAL FUNDS ACT 1979 - SECT 34

34 Trustee under pre-arranged contract to be registered under this Act

(1) A person shall not act as trustee of trust funds under a pre-paid contract unless that person is:

(a) a company that is a pre-paid funeral fund,

(b) an individual who is a member of a group of individuals that is a pre-paid funeral fund, or

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

Maximum daily penalty: 2 penalty units.
