New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA funeral contribution fund shall, at all reasonable hours when its office is open for business, produce for inspection by any contributor or person having a pecuniary interest in the fund:
(a) a copy of the last annual return of the fund under section 24,
(b) a copy of the last abstract furnished by the fund to the Director-General under section 28 (2),
(c) a copy of the last balance sheet and income and expenditure account of the fund, together with the report of the auditors thereon,
(d) a copy of the rules of the fund,
(e) a copy of this Act and the regulations, and
(f) in the case of a contributor, that part of the books of the fund that relates to the account of the contributor.
Maximum penalty: 2 penalty units.
