6D Chief executive officer’s role

(1) The chief executive officer is, subject to section 6C (1), responsible for the day to day management of the operation of the Office in accordance with the general policies and specific directions of the Board.

(2) Any act, matter or thing done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Office by the chief executive officer is taken to have been done by the Office.
