FILM AND TELEVISION OFFICE ACT 1988 - SECT 6C
Board’s role
(1) All decisions relating to the operation of the Office are to be made by or
under the authority of the Board, but subject to any direction of the
Minister.
(2) The Board must give the Minister any information about the
exercise of the Office’s functions that the Minister requests.
