FINANCIAL AGREEMENT RATIFICATION ACT 1928 - SECT 5

Acts in conflict with provisions of agreement may be modified or suspended by the Governor

5 Acts in conflict with provisions of agreement may be modified or suspended by the Governor

If the said agreement is approved by the Parliaments of the Commonwealth and the States, the Governor may, for the purposes of enabling full effect to be given to such agreement, by proclamation to be published on the NSW legislation website, modify, supplement, or suspend the provisions of any Act which conflicts with any of the provisions of the said agreement.
