FORESTRY AND NATIONAL PARK ESTATE ACT 1998 - SECT 30
Duration of approval
30 Duration of approval
(1) An integrated forestry operations approval has effect for the period (not
exceeding 20 years) specified in it, unless sooner revoked.
(2) A further
approval or approvals may be granted after the expiry of an earlier approval,
subject to subsection (1).
