Financial Agreement Act 1944 No 29. Assented to 8.12.1944. Date of commencement, 18.12.1944, sec. 1 (2) and GG No 123 of 15.12.1944, p 2114. This Act has been amended as follows:

1966 No 39 Financial Agreement (Decimal Currency) Act 1966. Assented to 29.9.1966
Date of commencement, 13.1.1967, sec 1 (2) and GG No 4 of 13.1.1967, p 67.
1976 No 35 Financial Agreement (Amendment) Act 1976. Assented to 28.5.1976.
Date of commencement of sec 4, 18.6.1976, sec 2 (2) and GG No 85 of 25.6.1976, p 2677.
This Act has also been amended pursuant to an order under secs 8 (2) and 9 (3) of the Reprints Act 1972 No 48 (formerly Acts Reprinting Act 1972). Order dated 21.3.1979, and published in GG No 42 of 23.3.1979, p 1290, declaring that the Financial Agreement Act 1944 is an enactment to which sec 8 (2) and sec 9 (3) of the Acts Reprinting Act 1972 apply.
