(1) The Food Authority must correct any error in information in a register
kept under this Part as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the error.
(2) The Food Authority may, at any time, correct any omission from information
in a register kept under this Part.
(3) The Food Authority may correct any
error in, or omission from, a register kept under this Part on its own
initiative or on an application by a person under this Part.
