New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsWhere the commission removes any timber or products pursuant to subsection (1) of section 25F or issues a timber licence or products licence for the removal of any timber or products pursuant to that subsection it shall as far as is practicable remove, or it shall impose conditions requiring the holder of the licence as far as practicable to remove, the timber or products in one continuous operation or in one continuous programme of operations.
