declare that any State forest or part thereof specified in the notification
shall be a national forest. The provisions of section 19 shall not extend to
or in respect of any national forest.
Subject to sections 16A and 19B, the dedication as a State forest of any
national forest shall not be revoked otherwise than by Act of Parliament.
