A
"class specification" for an electrical article is:
(a) a specification for the time being declared by an order under section 5 to be applicable to articles of the class to which the article belongs, or
(b) where any such specification is declared by the order to be modified in its application to those articles, the specification as so modified,except so much, if any, of the specification, or of the specification as so modified, as is inconsistent with a model specification for the article.
