ELECTRICITY SUPPLY ACT 1995 - SECT 97B
State greenhouse gas benchmark
(1) The State greenhouse gas benchmark is 7.27 tonnes of
carbon dioxide equivalent of greenhouse gas emissions per head of
State population per year.
(2) The State greenhouse gas benchmark is to be
the basis for the calculation of the greenhouse gas benchmark for each
benchmark participant.
