"Climate Change Fund" means the Climate Change Fund established under section
34E of the Energy and Utilities Administration Act 1987 .
"Fund contribution" means any contribution that a distribution network service
provider is required to make to the Climate Change Fund by an order made under
section 34J of the Energy and Utilities Administration Act 1987 .
"modification" includes addition, exception, omission or substitution.
