Retail suppliers to supply electricity under customer supply contracts
38 Retail suppliers to supply electricity under customer supply contracts
It is a condition of a retail supplier’s licence that the retail supplier
must not supply electricity to the premises of a retail customer otherwise
than under a customer supply contract.
