ELECTRICITY SUPPLY ACT 1995 - SECT 33
Licences
33 Licences
(1) The Minister may grant retail suppliers’ licences for the purposes of
this Act.
(2) Schedule 2 has effect with respect to the granting, variation,
transfer and cancellation of retail suppliers’ licences.
