ELECTRICITY SUPPLY ACT 1995 - SECT 32G
Operation of Division
32G Operation of Division
(1) It is a condition of a distribution network service provider’s licence
that the licensee must pay the levy in accordance with this Division.
(2)
Nothing in this Division affects the operation of section 59B of the
Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 .
