ELECTRICITY SUPPLY ACT 1995 - SECT 24
Application
24 Application
(1) This Division applies to any person who applies to a distribution network
service provider for the provision of customer connection services or to whom
customer connection services are provided.
(2) A distribution network service
provider may refuse to provide customer connection services to a person who
fails to comply with a requirement under this Division.
