New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Commission may, with the approval of the Minister, make arrangements for the secondment of any of its servants for the purpose of carrying into effect and implementing the terms of any special arrangement, and any such arrangements shall have effect in accordance with their terms, notwithstanding section 64 (3) of the Electricity Commission Act 1950 .
