ERARING POWER STATION ACT 1981 - SECT 16

16 Powers and duties of receiver

(1) A receiver shall have power to collect all income and revenue in respect of which he has been appointed and for that purpose the receiver shall be deemed to be the Commission and may exercise all the powers of the Commission.

(2) The receiver shall discharge such duties of the Commission or any servants of the Commission as may be prescribed.
