ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING AND ASSESSMENT ACT 1979 - SECT 77A
Designated development
(1) Designated development is development that is declared to be
designated development by an environmental planning instrument or the
regulations.
(2) Designated development does not include
State significant development despite any such declaration.
