ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY ACT 1989 - SECT 33
Register of licences
(1) The Council is required to keep a register, in such form as it determines,
of licences and is required to record in the register in respect of each
licence: (a) the matters required to be specified in the licence, and
(b)
particulars of any amendment of the licence, and
(c) particulars of any fees
paid (or due but not paid) in respect of the licence, and
(d) particulars of
any cancellation or suspension of the licence, and
(e) such other matters as
it thinks fit.
(2) The Council may cause to be made such alterations in the
register as are necessary to ensure that the matters recorded in the register
are accurate.
(3) The register may, at all reasonable hours, be inspected,
and copies of all or any part of any entry in the register taken: (a) without
payment, by a member of the Council or other person authorised by the Council,
or
(b) with the consent of the Council and on payment of any fee determined
by the Council, by any other person.
