ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY ACT 1989 - SECT 31
Duplicate licences
(1) If the Council is satisfied that a licence has been lost or destroyed, the
Council may, at the request of the licensee, issue a duplicate licence.
(2) A
duplicate licence is for all purposes to be treated as if it were the original
licence.
