ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY ACT 1989 - SECT 30
Joint licences
(1) A licence may be issued jointly to 2 or more persons who carry on business
in partnership.
(2) A reference in this Act to the licensee or holder of the
licence is a reference to any one of the licensees or holders of the licence.
