Duration of licence and application to continue licence
28 Duration of licence and application to continue licence
(1) Except during any period while it is suspended, a licence continues in
force from the date on which it is issued until it is cancelled or
surrendered.
(2) The holder of a licence may, before each anniversary of the
date on which the licence was issued, apply to the Council for the
continuation of the licence.
(3) An application for the continuation of a
licence must: (a) be in a form approved by the Council, and
(b) be
accompanied by the fee determined by the Council for the continuation of the
licence, and
(c) contain such particulars as may be prescribed by the
regulations or required by the approved form.
