Enforcement of order-payment of money owing
14 Enforcement of order-payment of money owing
(1) If the Complaints Committee makes an order under section 13 requiring a
person to pay an amount to an entertainment industry representative, an
entertainment industry employer or a performer, the Complaints Committee is
required to issue a certificate to the representative, employer or performer
specifying the amount owed by the person.
(2) The representative, employer or
performer may file the certificate with a registrar of the Local Court.
(3)
The registrar with whom a certificate has been filed is to enter up judgment
for the representative, employer or performer for the amount specified in the
certificate together with all fees paid for filing the certificate and
entering up judgment.
