(a) the Authority,
(b) any person acting under the direction of the Authority, or
(c) any member of the Committee or any sub-committee appointed under this Act,shall, if the matter or thing was done bona fide for the purpose of executing this Act, subject any member of the Authority or any person so acting or any such committee or sub-committee member personally to any action, liability, claim or demand whatever.
