ENVIRONMENTALLY HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS ACT 1985 - SECT 32
Licence conditions
(1) The Authority may during the currency of a licence, by service of a notice
to that effect on the holder of the licence, attach further conditions to the
licence or revoke or vary any conditions for the time being attached to the
licence.
(2) A person to whom a licence has been issued and who contravenes a
condition in force in respect of the licence is guilty of an offence against
this Act.
