Outcome of assessment

20 Outcome of assessment

Upon:

(a) making an assessment of a chemical, or
(b) making an assessment of a prescribed activity in relation to an environmentally hazardous chemical or a declared chemical waste, being an assessment the subject of an application under Division 3,
the Authority may:
(c) make a chemical control order, or
(d) determine not to make any such order.
