ENVIRONMENTALLY HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS ACT 1985 - SECT 15
Authority to assess chemicals and activities
(1) The Authority shall make an assessment of every prohibited activity the
subject of an application under Division 3.
(2) The Authority may at any time
make an assessment of a chemical or of any prescribed activity carried on or
proposed to be carried on in relation to any such chemical.
