ENERGY AND UTILITIES ADMINISTRATION ACT 1987 - SECT 8
Management of the Corporation
(1) The affairs of the Corporation shall be managed by the Director-General.
(2) A function of the Corporation may be exercised in the name of, or on
behalf of, the Corporation by: (a) the Director-General, or
(b) an officer or
employee of the Department or of the Corporation with the authority of, and on
behalf of, the Director-General.
(3) Any act, matter or thing done in the
name of, or on behalf of, the Corporation by the Director-General, or with the
authority of the Director-General, shall be deemed to have been done by the
Corporation.
(4) Functions of the Corporation may also be exercised in
accordance with a delegation under this Act.
(5) The Corporation is subject
to the control and direction of the Minister.
