(1) There is constituted by this Act a corporation under the corporate name of
the "Energy Corporation of New South Wales".
(2) The Department and the
Corporation shall, to the maximum extent possible, so act in a complementary
manner as to achieve a unified administration of this Act and other Acts
conferring or imposing functions on the Corporation.
