44 Co-operation by other authorities
(1) Subject to any direction given by the Premier, if a function is conferred
or imposed on a person by or under an Act, the person shall co-operate with
the Corporation by exercising the function in a manner that, in the opinion of
the Corporation, promotes the objects of this Act and the purposes for which
the Corporation is constituted.
(2) The Minister may establish a standing
committee to advise the Minister and the Premier on matters arising under this
section.
(3) A standing committee established under this section--
(a) shall
consist of such persons,
(b) shall follow such procedures,
as are from time
to time directed by the Minister with the concurrence of the Premier.
