(b) any money payable into the Fund by or under this or any other
Act.
(3) There is to be paid out of the Fund such amounts as the Minister may
direct for or with respect to--
(a) research concerning, and the development
of, energy resources for the State,
(b) such other purposes as may be
prescribed in connection with the supply and use of energy resources for the
State, and related technological development.
(4) The regulations may make
provision for and with respect to the application of the Fund.
(5) The Fund
is, subject to this Act and the regulations, under the direction, control and
management of the Corporation.
