18 Contracts
(1) The Corporation may make and enter into contracts with any person for the
carrying out of works or the performance of services or the supply of goods or
materials in connection with the exercise of its functions.
(2) A contract
under this section shall be deemed for the purposes of the Constitution Act
1902 to be a contract for or on account of the Public Service of New South
Wales.
