Disposal of and dealings with land vested in Corporation
17 Disposal of and dealings with land vested in Corporation
(1) The Corporation shall not sell, lease, exchange or otherwise deal with or
dispose of land acquired by or vested in the Corporation except with the
approval of the Minister and subject to such terms and conditions as the
Minister may impose.
(2) The Minister's approval is not required to a lease
of land where the term of the lease is less than 3 years.
