10 Committees
(1) The Secretary may and shall, if directed to do so by the Minister,
establish standing or special committees for the purpose of advising the
Corporation in the exercise of its functions under this or any other Act.
(2)
The Secretary may appoint as a member of any such committee any person who, in
the Secretary's opinion, appears to be qualified to be a member of the
committee.
(3) The Secretary shall appoint one of the members of a committee
to be chairperson of the committee.
(4) A committee may, subject to this
section and to any directions of the Secretary, regulate its procedure in such
manner as it thinks fit.
(5) The Secretary may specify the number of persons
who shall constitute a quorum of a committee.
