(b) on such terms and conditions as may be approved by the Public Service
Commissioner,
arrange for the use of the services of any staff or facilities
of a Public Service agency or public authority.
(2) The Secretary may, with
the approval of the Minister, engage, under agreements in writing, persons
having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to the
advisory committee.
(3) The terms and conditions under which persons are
engaged under this section shall be such as are from time to time determined
by the Secretary with the approval of the Minister.
