EXHIBITED ANIMALS PROTECTION ACT 1986 - SECT 38
Appointment of inspectors
(1) Inspectors may be appointed for the purposes of this Act under and in
accordance with the Public Service Act 1979 .
(2) The Minister may authorise
in writing any person to exercise the functions of an inspector, subject to
such restrictions (if any) as are specified in the authority.
(3) The
Minister may amend or revoke an authority referred to in subsection (2).
(4)
An inspector shall have, and may exercise, the functions conferred or imposed
on inspectors by or under this Act.
