36 Limitation on dolphins and whales that may be exhibited
The Director-General may specify as a term of a licence that only those
dolphins and whales kept in captivity, when this Part commences, at the
premises the subject of the licence, and their progeny born in captivity at
those premises, may be exhibited at those premises.
