(2) Where
the Secretary receives an application under this section, the Secretary shall,
on payment of the prescribed fee, cause the applicant to be furnished with a
certificate, in a form approved by the Secretary, containing a copy of the
registered particulars in respect of the licensed animal display establishment
to which the application relates.
