EXHIBITED ANIMALS PROTECTION ACT 1986 - SECT 21

21 Certificate of registered particulars

(1) A person may apply to the Director-General for a copy of the registered particulars in respect of a licensed animal display establishment.

(2) Where the Director-General receives an application under this section, the Director-General shall, on payment of the prescribed fee, cause the applicant to be furnished with a certificate, in a form approved by the Director-General, containing a copy of the registered particulars in respect of the licensed animal display establishment to which the application relates.
