EXHIBITED ANIMALS PROTECTION ACT 1986 - SECT 12
Licence required for animal display establishment
(1) Each occupier of premises used as an animal display establishment of a
prescribed class is guilty of an offence and liable to a penalty not exceeding
20 penalty units or to imprisonment for not more than 6 months, or to both, if
the use of the premises as an animal display establishment of that class is
not authorised by a licence.
