EXHIBITED ANIMALS PROTECTION ACT 1986 - SECT 10

10 Recommendations and reports

(1) The advisory committee shall forward to the Director-General any recommendations and reports made by it in the exercise of the functions conferred or imposed on it by or under this Act.

(2) The Director-General shall, at such times as the Minister may request, forward copies of any such recommendations or reports to the Minister.
