ELECTORAL ACT 2017 - SECT 96
Duties of Electoral Commissioner with respect to child protection declarations
(1) The Electoral Commissioner must cause a
copy of a child protection declaration received by the Electoral Commissioner
to be made public in such manner as the Electoral Commissioner thinks fit.
(2) The Electoral Commissioner must provide a copy of the
child protection declaration of those candidates elected at an election to the
Children's Guardian.
