Offence of stuffing ballot box219 Offence of stuffing ballot box
A person must not knowingly place in a ballot box--
(a) any ballot paper that has not been lawfully issued to an elector, or
(b) any other paper purporting to be a ballot paper other than a ballot paper lawfully issued to the elector.
: Maximum penalty--200 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
